CONROD, KENNETH A. - April 15, 1924 - July 13, 2014 - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Kenneth Conrod, in his 90th year, on July 13, 2014. Predeceased by his wife Lyle. Ken will be sadly missed by son, Terrence (Valerie); daughter, Deborah (Maurice); grandchildren, Paul and Ann. Wonderful family memories will always be cherished. The family thanks the staff at the Hants Community Hospital for their attentive and sensitive care over the past three weeks.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm Wednesday, July 16 in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Road, Halifax. A service to Celebrate Ken’s Life will be held 10am Thursday, July 17 at St. James Anglican Church, Armdale. Reception to follow in Atlantic Funeral home.
