It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marion E. Brushett of Jacques Fontaine announces her passing at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital in St. John’s, on Monday July 14th, 2014, at the age of 68. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Husband Joe of 44 years; Sister Sylvia Scott of Marystown; Sister-in-law Mary (Les) Brushett of Jacques Fontaine; Brothers-in-law George (Donna) Brushett of Jacques Fontaine, Max (Stella) Brushett of Petit de Grat, NS, and Fred (Janet) Brushett of Ingersoll, ON; Nephews George (Brenda) Sheppard of Jacques Fontaine, Ian (Tanya) Brushett of New Glasgow, NS, Michael Brushett of New Glasgow, NS, Alfred Pike of Ingersoll, ON, Matthew Brushett of Ingersoll, ON, and Barry Brushett of Ingersoll, ON; Nieces April (Billy) Hackett of St. Bernard’s, Joy Brushett of Jacques Fontaine, Lori (Jamie) Hollett of Stellar, AB, Renee Scott of St. John’s, Krystal (John) Hutchinson of Ingersoll, ON, and Mary Brushett of Ingersoll, ON; plus a large circle of special relatives and friends. Predeceased by Parents Joe & Gertrude Hooper, Parents-in-law George & Sarah Brushett, Brother-in-law John Scott, and Nephew Barry Sheppard.

The Funeral Service took place on Thursday, July 17th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery in Jacques Fontaine. In Marion’s memory flowers gratefully accepted.
