LEGER, ELLA - Ella Leger, 95, of Cormierville, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2014 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born January 28, 1919 in Cormierville, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Ida (Cormier) Després. She will be sadly missed by her two daughters: Jeanne Richard (Ernest) of Cocagne and Bernice Flannery of N.H; four sons: Roger (Angela) of Cormierville, Léo-Paul of Toronto, André (Sherry) of N.H, and Robert (Becky) of Maine; one sister, Gilberte Hamilton of California Settlement, NB; two brothers: Normand of Cocagne and Ulric (Anna) of CA; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, George (1981); one sister, Irène; three brothers: Léonide, Alonzo and Eugène.
The family will receive condolences at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne Slumber Room located at 2000 Route 535, Cocagne, on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint-Pierre Roman Catholic Church in Cocagne on Wednesday, July 30th, 2014 at 10: 30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
