BOUDREAU, MURIELLE - 1944 - 2014 -Murielle (LeBlanc) Boudreau, 70 of Boudreau-Ouest, lost her courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 surrounded by her family and very good friends at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC. Born on June 24, 1944 in Ohio (East of Shediac), she was the daughter of the late Clovis and Bertha (Richard) LeBlanc. She worked at Paturel Fisheries, Shediac CO-OP, as custodian for different business and as a cafeteria worker at two schools (Boudreau School East of Shediac and Père Edgar-T.-LeBlanc School in Grand-Barachois). Although she loved working and was very much appreciated, her first priority was always being a dedicated mother and wife. Murielle was very community oriented and gave of her time volunteering in several local organizations. She had a special place in her heart for “L’Institut Féminin of Boudreau-Ouest” She will be sadly missed by her husband of 50 years, Gerald; three children: Charline Gaudet (Wayne) of Grand-Barachois, Jocelyne Bourque (Mike) formerly of Fredericton now Shediac and Stephane of Grand-Barachois: three sisters: Yvonne Babineau (late Roméo) of Shediac, Rose-Marie LeBlanc (Guy) of Sept-Iles, QC and Dorine LeBlanc Gauthier (Roger) of Alma, QC; three brothers: Camille (Denise) of Alma, QC, Gerald (Monette) of Gilbert’s Corner, Shediac and Adrien of Moncton; one granddaughter, Dominique, who she loved very much, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one infant daughter, Estelle (1967).
The family will receive condolences at 396, Main Street, Shediac, on Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Shediac on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the St-Joseph parish cemetery. In memory of Murielle, a contribution to the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Frenette Funeral Center, Shediac.
