It is with great sadness that the family of the late John F. O'Brien announce his passing at the Brampton Hospital on August 09, 2014 at the age of 78. He was predeceased by his parents, John P. and Beatrice (Pollis) O'Brien of Curling and his sister, Peggy O'Connell, St. John's. He leaves to mourn his only daughter, Beatrice and her family of Brampton, Ont; his sisters, Joan MacKinnon and Bette Howard, Charlottetown, PEI and his brothers, Tom (Patricia) O'Brien and Dan O'Brien of Corner Brook as well as many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place with interment to follow at a later date.
