January 19, 1948 - July 25, 2014
Jorgen passed away peacefully Friday, July 25 at St. Mary's Hospital with his longtime partner, Lyla Frid, by his side.
He is survived by his brother, sister, niece and nephews.
Jorgen moved to Canada in 1974 from Denmark, where he made Sechelt his home. At this time, he started his career as a faller.
In 1988, Jorgen met and settled down with Lyla.
Gardening was one of his favourite pastimes, as was politics and sports.
The family would like to thank St. Mary's Hospital, Ambulatory Care, Dr. Forgie, Dr. Wadge, Dr. Puri and Palliative Care for their compassion and care.
No service or celebration of life, as per Jorgen's wishes.
