TINGLEY, MIRNS - Mr. Mirns Tingley of Hillsdale passed away on August 15, 2014 at the age of 72. He was the son of the late Gerald and Gladys Tingley. Mirns is survived by his companion Stella Linfield, his children: Tracy Hanlin (Corey) and Tasha McAlary (Chris); his grandchildren: Adam Hanlin (Kayla Crowe), Alysha Tingley (Tom MacEachern), Jeremy Tingley (Nicole Lewis), Connor and Lucas McAlary; his great grandson Cole; his sisters: Patsy Devine (Walter), Francis Devine, Ethel Payne (Jim), Marina Buchanan (Melbourne); his brothers: Perley Tingley (Florence) and Walter Tingley (Connie); his sisters-in-law: Ellen Hanlon, Catherine Parlee, and Elizabeth Lutes; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mirns is predeceased by his infant daughter Marina, wife Genny (Doherty), his son Tony and daughter-in-law Brenda; his sister Evelyn (Tom McMackin); his brothers-in-law Mike Devine, Gary Hanlon, Lloyd Parlee and Ken Lutes.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 20th, 2014 at 10:00am followed by a reception in the Church Hall. A private family interment will take place at in Saddleback Cemetery at a later date.
