It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marion Revalls announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at the age of 87 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, daughters: Alice, Sylvia (Walter), Hilda, and Jacqueline; sons: Joseph, Harold (Louise), and Eugene (Lesley); sisters: Eileen Compagnion and Minie Peddle; brother William Park (Doris); sister in law Mary Evoy; sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by husband Augustus; sons: Thomas and James; daughter in law Eileen Revalls; son in law Basil Baker; mother Catherine Park; father Thomas Evoy; sister Theresa Hickey; brothers: Patrick and Thomas Evoy. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Tuesday, between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish in Benoit’s Cove, officiated by Father Maurice O’Quinn. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish. We wish to express sincere thanks to Dr. Culliton for her many years of medical care and support, especially the past lengthy stay in hospital. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the Palliative Care Unit of WMR Hospital. Your compassion and support for mom and our family was truly excellent.
