Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by his loving family, René Raymond Dinn, 42 years of age. Predeceased by his grandparents William and Violet Dinn, Patrick and Lorraine Whelan, uncles Russell Dinn, John Whelan and Bill Whelan, aunts Doris Connolly and Elizabeth Hiscock, cousins Michael Dinn and Darrell Taylor. Leaving to mourn his wife, best friend and caregiver, Carla (Derouet) and his treasured children and buddies Brandon and Mitchell; his loving parents Ray and Anne Dinn, devoted brothers Justin and Jason (Joanne), special niece Jenna, special nephews: Godson Joey and baby Jack. Loving parents in law Raymond and Lima Derouet, special uncle and aunt John and Patricia Dinn and their children Susan (Glen), Ken (Michelle), Julie (Brian), and Danny (Lori), special uncle David Dinn. Also a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially Regan Andrews (Dave), Roy Power, Brian Carpenter, Shane O'Reilly, Dave Hardy and Craig Shaw. At René's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd, on Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 10 a.m. from St. Kevin's Church, Goulds with inurnment to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Brandon and Mitchell's names to the Ronald McDonald House.
