Paul Manuel

MANUEL, PAUL - Paul Manuel, 47 of Dieppe passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at his home. Paul was born in Moncton on May 31, 1967 the son of Ronald and Yvonnisse (Gallant) Manuel. Paul was employed on mineral drills until he injured himself in 2011. During the hockey season Paul enjoyed cheering on the Montreal Canadiens, always jumping and screaming loudly when they scored. Paul was always known for washing and waxing his truck, which he took great pride in. But mostly he took pride in his 3 daughters, always so proud and interested in what they were doing and in their interests. When Alycia was younger he was so proud of her baton twirling, and lately of Danielle and Nadia and their cheerleading abilities. He was a very proud cheer dad. Paul was very proud to call himself a “Baie Hound” with a great love of his childhood home and all of his childhood friends there. They were and always will be close to his heart. No matter where Paul travelled in life, he always met someone he knew, if he didn’t know anyone, he made a new friend, as he was always making conversation with someone. Besides his parents, Paul is survived by the love of his life for 17 years Veronica, their cherished daughters Danielle and Nadia and his cherished daughter Alycia (Josh). Brothers Claude (Flavie), Denis, sister Huguette (Sinclair), nieces and nephews Joshua, Charmaine, Cedric and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He will also be greatly missed by Veronica’s family, parents Gerald and Marilyn Wells along with an uncountable number of friends. Paul was predeceased by an infant sister Lise.
There will be a public viewing at Albert County Funeral Home Sunday Sept 7 from 2pm to 8pm, for anyone wishing to sign the book or have a viewing (Family may or not be in attendance). A funeral mass will be held at St. Anseleme Roman Catholic Church, 1014 Amirault Street, Dieppe on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Father Robert Savoie officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to a Living Memorial for his daughters would be greatly appreciated.
