It is with great sadness that the family of the late Byron John Oldford announce his passing on Thursday September 4, 2014 at his family residence in Massey Drive at the age of 69 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Catherine, Sons; Brian (Jackie) of Wainwright Alberta, Jason (Tara) of Lloydminster Alberta, daughter; Christa (Roger) of Corner Brook, grandchildren; Caitlynn, Taylor, Keira, Branden, Tanner, and Abby, sisters; Marie, Edna, Mavis, Gloria, brothers; Martin, Carlson, and a large circle of nieces , nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Ellen Oldford, and sister; Mary. The family will be receiving friends from Fillatres Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue on Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place from All Hollows Roman Catholic Church Humber Road on Monday September 8, at 10:30 AM with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
