To the family and many friends of the late Brenda Irene (Sives) Buck, we wish to extend our sincere thanks for your many kindnesses, donations and for condolences and support that we have received. We also send our gratitude and appreciation to the compassionate staff at the Palliative Care Unit at the Regional Hospital, Reverends Laura McCue and Glen Kent, the wonderful staff at Sydney Memorial Chapel, the caring V.O.N. nurses who visited daily and the amazing Homecare Workers from New Dawn who provided superb care around the clock. Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, or the smallest act of caring.
