Georgie Buffett of Orleans, Ontario formerly of Northam, Prince Edward Island passed away peacefully and surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 18 th, 2014 at the age of 73. Daughter of the late Russell Dyment and Doris Moore. Beloved wife of Wilson Buffett. Loving mother of Alan (Madona), Brian (Heather), and Brenda (Kent Wilkins). Cherished grandmother of Patrick, Vanessa, Savannah and Valerie. Dear sister of Dorothy (the late Preston Beairsto), James (Anna-Jean), Shirley (Jim Fitzgerald) and Katherine (Jason Thorne). Predeceased by her brothers Charles and David. She will be sadly missed by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends will be received at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd, Orléans, on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the Heritage Chapel at 4 p.m.A graveside service will be held at the Tyne Valley United Church Cemetery, Tyne Valley, PEI on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 3pm with Rev Tara Ann Gourson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
