It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother Mary Theresa McIssac after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 at the QEII, VG Site.
Born in Sydney Mines, she was the oldest daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary (MacNeil) McIssac.
Theresa is survived by her daughters, Jenise Taylor, Koleane MacIntyre, Kayla D. MacIntyre and Kenna MacIntyre; precious grandsons, Cameron and
Cobin; brothers, Michael (Barb) and Keith (Beth); sister Heather Parsons and special friend Stephen Gabriel.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her partner George 'Buster' Lewis.
Visitation will take place today, Monday, Oct. 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines. A private family funeral will be
held at a later date. Burial to take place at Union Grove Cemetery, New Waterford.
Funeral arrangements are under the guidance and care of Jim & Kate Young of Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines.
