Esmé (Denise) LaChance was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on April 28, 1947. Esmé tragically passed away October 1, 2014 in Sechelt, British Columbia. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and co-workers. Thank you everyone for all your kindness. In memory of Esmé the family would encourage donations to Yew Transition House on the Sunshine Coast BC.
