Veteran of the Second World War, passed peacefully at Beach Grove Home,
Sunday, October 12, 2014 of George Bert Clark of Charlottetown and formerly
of Fort Augustus, in his 87th year.
Beloved husband of the late Jean Clark (nee Aylward). Dear father of Allan (Susan), Brenda (Donnie) , Georgie, Gary (Tina) Rick and Peggy, he was predeceased by his daughter Sue Barbour.
He is lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bert is also survived by his brother, William, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, George Bertram Sr. and Margaret (nee
Simpson) Clark; brothers, David, Gordon, Robert, Kenneth, Graham Clark and
his sister, Lois.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford for visitation on
Wednesday October 15 from 6-9 p.m. A graveside service will be held at St. Joachim’s Cemetery Thursday, October 16 at 10:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to Beach Grove Home Residents
