SAVOIE, DELPHIS JOSEPH - (1934 - 2014) - ALDOUANE, NB - Delphis Savoie, 80, of Aldouane passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 13, 2014. Born in Lemeque, he was the son of the late Majoreque Savoie and late Florida (Robichaud) Savoie. Before retiring, Delphis was employed as a sheet metal worker. Delphis will be sadly missed by his wife, Carolyn (Kelley) Savoie of Aldouane; one daughter, Nicole Savoie of Shediac; two step-children, Eric Witham (Tammy) of Skowagan, Beckie Genthner (Dana) of Maine; one grandson, four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters, Mary Louise Benoit, Brigette Benoit; four brothers, Laurie, Urbain, Jill, Yvon and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two sisters, Viola, Hilda and one brother, Emile.
As per Delphis's wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home or funeral service. Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
