Passed peacefully away Thursday, October 16th, 2014 Anthony Joseph George at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook in his 90th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Ron (Linda), Paul (Maureen), Keith (Gwen), Anthony Jr. (Roxanne), Peggy Young (Wayne); grandchildren: Lori, Krista, Michael, Kerry, Neil, Kelly, Scott, Stephen, Tanya, Rob, Michael, Phil, Andrew; great grandchildren: Brayden, Sydney, Cadence, Cameron, Ryan, Zoe, Shelby and Jessica; brothers: Tom, Mike, Matt and Phonse; sisters: Dot and Doreen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Bernadette (Boland), January 31, 2007; infant child Mary Lou; parents Thomas and Mary George; sisters: Mary and Margaret; brother Gerald. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, October 20th at 10:30 am from Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street with Father Don Leonard officiating, with cremation to follow.
