Richard “Rickey” William Starr age 81 of Amherst passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Upper Nappan.
Rickey was born May 29th, 1933 in River Hebert, NS.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Shelby, Richie, and Gregory; daughters, Laura, Darleen and Valerie; as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
Rickey was predeceased by his wife the former Sheila Reid; and his son, Rickey.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Campbell’s Funeral Home, Amherst and there will be no visitation or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rickey’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
