BURPEE, A. WAYNE - A. Wayne Burpee of Chipman passed away peacefully, with his wife by his side, at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Tuesday, October 28th, 214 at 54 years. Wayne was born on January 13th, 1960, in Minto, son of the late Elery (Edith McCaw) Burpee. Wayne is survived by his wife, Carolyn (McGraw); son, Alex Burpee of Fredericton, NB; sisters, Anita Murray of Saint John, NB and Marjorie Ferandes of Mississauga, ON and brother, Arthur (Phyllis) Knox of Chipman, NB; father and mother-in-law, Yogie and Suzanne McGraw of Chipman, NB; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two sisters, Loretta Jacquart and Marilyn Morrison.
A Celebration of Wayne’s life will be held from the Chipman Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 31st, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Wayne’s family will receive comfort at the funeral home on Thursday, October 30th 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Donations to the Miramichi SPCA (506- 622-0645) or the Restigouche County SPCA (506-684-4396) would be appreciated by the family.
