Passed away peacefully at the Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Friday November 7, 2014, Madeline Barron (nee McGrath) age 79 of Point Verde, Placentia. Predeceased by her parents Denis & Rose McGrath of Patrick's Cove, sisters Laura, Theresa, Katie, and Rosella, brothers James and Edgar. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Ron of 61 years, her children Ronnie (Kitty), Gerard (Elizabeth), Peter (Carol-Ann), Jerome (Annette), David, Martha Welder (Dale), Howard (Darlene), Rose Frew (Dave) & Denise Watt (Allan), 16 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brothers Martin, Denis (Madeline) & Walter, sisters Lucy McGrath (Michael), Betty Sheppard (Clayton) & Rita McGrath (Adrian), also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Cremation is taking place with visitation on Sunday, November 9, 2014, at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Parish Church, Placentia.
