BENNETT (CORMIER), MARILYN "LYNN" - It is with sadness that we announce that Lynn passed away Friday, November 14, 2014 at the age of 62, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Pat and Millie Bennett. Lynn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Jennifer and Shawn Renton and her grandson Drew, all in Moncton and her brother Terry and his partner, David in Edmonton. She will also be remembered by her good friends who supported her so often and in so many ways during her illness. We offer our heartfelt thanks to you all. We also offer our thanks to Lynn’s homecare workers and the medical staff who attended to her needs at home.
A Memorial will be held in JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, NS B3S 0E1 (902-455-0531), Tuesday, November 18 at 6pm. A Memorial for her friends will be held in Moncton at a later date.
