Arline Greta Joudry, 97, of Victoria Manor, Amherst, and formerly of Mount Pleasant, Nova Scotia, passed away at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow on Thursday, November 13, 2014. Arline was a daughter of the late Isaac and Carrie (Cooke) Matheson and wife of the late James Albert Joudry.
She will be dearly missed by several nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by all of her immediate family, sisters, Beulah Speight, Juanita Berry, Jean Estabrooks, Margaret Hoag, and brothers Douglas and Donald Matheson.
Arrangements are under the care and supervision of Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church Street, Amherst (902-667-8777). Honoring Arline's request, there is to be no visitation or funeral service. There will be a graveside committal service at a later date.
