Passed peacefully Monday, November 24, of Walter Arbing of Donaldston, age 70 years.
Beloved husband of Gail Arbing (nee McCusker), loving father of John and his wife Michelle, and cherished poppa to Megan and Helen. He is also survived by brothers - Philip (Liz), Leonard (Joanne) and Tony (Cindy); sisters - Jean Murphy and Mary (St. Clair) Ellsworth; sisters-in-law - Eileen (late Bill) and Anna (late Dan). Also remembered by the McCusker family, Carol (Gary) Quinn, Susan (Marc) Theriault and Brian.
Walter was predeceased by his parents, Herrell and Margaret (nee Ready), brothers - Aubrey and his wife Marion, David, Dan and Bill. Also, parents-in-law, John and May McCusker.
Visiting hours on Thursday, November 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 28, at St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown. Interment to take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 6600, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 8T5.
