JOHNSON, JOHN ROBERT MacKENZIE "BOB" - The death of Bob Johnson occurred on November 25th, 2014 at White Rapids Manor. He was born on April 11th, 1925, in Oxbow, NB. Bob was predeceased by his wife, Betty Irene (Lambert) Johnson; and his sister, Margaret (Johnson) Smythe. He will be missed dearly by his family, Karen (Jim) of Lake George, NB, Bill (Rachel), David (Dorothy), Cheryl (John), Brian (Denise) all of Fredericton, NB, Brenda (Richard) of Ottawa, ON, Doug (Debra) of Fredericton, NB, and Kathy (Scott) of Truro, NS; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Phoebe (Johnson) Richardson of Peterborough, ON.
There will be a reception at Kingswood Lodge on Sunday, November 30th, from 12:00 to 3:00 pm to celebrate Bob's life. A special thanks to Dr. A. Colpitts for all her help over the years. Also to the nurses of 3NE, 4SW, 4E, and the staff of White Rapids Manor for their care of Dad. For those who wish, donations in Bob's memory can be made to the Transitional Care Unit (4E) at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital or to a charity of the donor's choice.
