Passed peacefully away while in the presence of her loving family, on Monday, December 1, 2014, at Lewis' Personal Care Home, Riverhead, Mary Bishop (nee Meehan) of Point La Haye, S.M.B., aged 74 years. Predeceased by husband Walter, infant daughter Mary; brothers: Cecil, Vince and Harold and sister Theresa Bishop. Leaving to mourn with fond memories daughters Marjorie (Kevin) Molloy and Helen, sons Ronnie and Walter (Wanda); grandchildren: Christopher, Greg, Cory, Jody (Dale), Mary (Shane), Ashley, Cody and Brady, great-grandchildren Hayden and Benjamin, special brother John Meehan; sisters: Lena Bishop, Elizabeth (Joe) Power and Anne (Willie) Ryan and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including friends and caregivers at Lewis' and Neville's Personal Care Homes and her homecare workers Sandy and Barb. Resting at Gibbons' Funeral Home, St. Mary's, on Wednesday, December 3, from 7 - 9pm and Thursday, December 4, 12 - 4pm; 7 - 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 5, at 11am, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary's. Burial to follow.
