BRUFATTO, VINCENT -  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent Angelo Brufatto on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Vincent was born in Glace Bay Nova Scotia on June 27th, 1934, to Stephen Brufatto and Mom was Marion MacNeil.  He was one of seven children – including four sisters Sylvia, Sissy, Evelyn, Bernadine and two brothers Cecil and Eric of Canada. During his youth, Vincent served in the Canadian Army.  He married Joan Kathleen Roberts in his twenties and started a family.  After having a daughter and son (Michelle and Steve), they moved to the United States and settled in California.  Here he became a successful owner and proprietor of multiple gas stations and his family grew with the addition of twin daughters (Lynn and Lori). During his forties and fifties, he pursued a more spiritual journey.  He became an ordained minister and decided to move back to Canada with his wife.  He became the Pastor of Christianview Church in Halifax N.S, followed by the Hoyt Baptist Church in Hoyt, New Brunswick. He was a Father, Grandfather, Husband and Brother survived by his son, Cecil Stephen Brufatto of Fredericton; daughters: Lynn Kelly and Lori Ramsundar, of California; Three grandchildren: Thomas, Brittany and Madison Kelly. Vincent is predeceased by a wife Joan Brufatto and daughter Michelle Brufatto.
Funeral service will take place at Sunbury Funeral Home, Blissville NB on Saturday December 6th, 2014 at 4 PM with Rev. Blake Perrin officiating.
