The death occurred at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown, on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, of Margaret Florence Adams, aged 89 years, formerly of O'Leary, wife of the late Douglas Adams. Born in Howlan on June 17, 1925, daughter of the late Ivan James and Hattie (Jelley) Webb. Dear mother to Jean (Bernard) Raiche, Maryland, USA, and Lloyd (Judy), Stratford. Loving grandmother to Melissa (Robert) Josey, Stratford; Julie (Mark) Simmons, Summerside; Sarah Adams, London, England; and Katherine Raiche, Maryland, USA; and to great-grandchildren Mia and Shay Josey, Grace, Lauren and Camden Simmons. Margaret is also survived by sister-in-law Jean Webb, Howlan, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, husband Douglas, brother Keith and brother and sister-in-law Reg and Helen Adams. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 4-7 p.m. Funeral on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Private family interment to follow in the Bloomfield United Church Cemetery. Family flowers only; in memory of Margaret, memorials to the O'Leary United Church or Canadian Bible Society would be appreciated.
