CULLIGAN, RALPH MURRAY (retired RCMP) - Ralph Culligan peacefully with his family by his side on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Hill House Hospice in his 81st year. Ralph, beloved husband of 57 years to Louise (nee Gowan). Loving father of Karen (Gary) and Murray (Elly). Grandpa will be lovingly remembered by Mackenzie, Kaitlyn, and Mitchell. Dear brother of the late Ines, late David (Bonnie), Ian (Janet), Brian, Joanne, Paul (Debbie) and their families.
