It is with great sadness that the family of the late ADRIAN POWER of Jean de Baie announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Saturday, December 27th, 2014, at the age of 76. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife, Susanna of 45 years; sons, Phonse (Thomasine) Barry of Torbay, Gerry (Jennifer) Power of Jean de Baie, Brian (Tina) Power of Jean de Baie and Adrian (Nicole) Power of Brooks, AB ; daughters, Bridie Power (Dave Day) of Torbay and Wanda (Derek) Hannam of Jean de Baie; 11 grandchildren, Alicia, Gerald, Madison, Cassondra, Tonya-Lee, Makayla, Brandon, Brady, Nevaeh, Zyara and London; brothers, Robert (Marie) of Spanish Room, Leonard (Rose) of Spanish Room, Anthony (Joan) of St. Catherine`s, ON and John (Eileen) of Torbay; sisters, Corsini Gaulton of Spanish Room, Monnie Pittman of Marystown, Betty Stacey of Paradise, Joan (William) Hodder of High Level, AB and Jeanette Scott of St. John`s; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents, Maurice & Johanna Power and sister, Catherine Hennebury.

The Mass of Christian Burial took place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Tuesday, December 30th, at 10:00 a.m. Interment followed at Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Cemetery in Jean de Baie.
