Passed peacefully away at the palliative care unit, Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, Lucy Rita Adams (Rideout) aged 87. Predeceased by husband William; parents William and Madge Rideout, brothers Walter, Arch, Samuel and Pearce. Leaving to mourn sons; David (Karen), Roy (Karen), daughters Dorothy (Leo) Kinsella, Vera (Arnold) Comeau, and Betty (John) MacIntosh. Also leaving to mourn sister Winnie Burge, sisters-in-law Joyce (Elmer) Carter, Dorothy Wilson, brother-in-law Roy (Katie) Adams; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a circle of other relatives and friends. Pastor Barry Pelley conducted the funeral service from Calvary Pentecostal Church, Bishop's Falls on Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Internment followed at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Bishop's Falls. Flowers will gratefully be accepted or in her memory donations can be made to the Carmelite House - Palliative Care Unit.
