WRIGLEY, RITA T. - 1925 - 2014 - Miramichi - Rita Theresa Wrigley, widow of the late Cornelius Wrigley, of Water St., Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Thursday morning, January 1, 2015, at the age of 89. Born in Douglastown, on September 11, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ellen (Driscoll) Keoughan. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Michaels Basilica, Miramichi; a member of the C.W.L., as well as a former Brownie Leader. She is survived by one daughter, Linda Campbell, of Miramichi; one sister, Agnes Lynch, of Miramichi; three grandchildren, Donna, Cindy, James; four great-grandchildren Sara, Morgan, Samatha, Owen; three great-great-grandchildren Lyrik, Ryah, Braylee. She was predeceased by her husband, Cornelius; one son, Edward; twelve siblings.
Visitation will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Please note – vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 1:50 pm. Funeral Mass will be held from Adams Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 5, 2015, at 11 am, conducted by Father John Fraser. Interment will be in St. Michaels Cemetery, later in the spring.
