Peacefully at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014 surrounded by family of Theresa Perry of Tignish Seniors Home Care Co-op, aged 83 years. Wife of the late Stanley Perry.
She was born in St. Roch on Feb. 1, 1931, the daughter of the late Narcisse and Emelienne (Doucet) Perry.
Dear mother to Eileen Perry (Gerard), Tignish; Rose Marie (Derek) McAlduff, Truro; Cecelia (John) Tonner, Tignish; Bernice (Lee) Perry, Lower Sackville, N.S.; Carl (Faye) Perry, Anglo, Tignish; Robert (Monica) Perry, Central Kildare and Cecil (Connie) Perry, St. Nicholas.
She is survived by a sister Milda Martin, Saint John, N.B.
Loving grandmother to Ricky, Claudette, Cindy, Lisa, Shawn, Dhani, Samantha, Amy, Megan, Maria, Marissa and Tanner; great-grandmother to Mackayla, Karissa, Michelle Lee, Sarah, Savanah, LJ, Brooklyn and Brixton.
She was predeceased by her parents Narcisse and Emelienne, husband Stanley, son Alcide and siblings Aubin, Joe, Leonie and Leo.
Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road.
No visiting hours as a personal request.
Funeral will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at St. Simon & St. Jude Church, Tignish where funeral mass will be celebrated by Rev. Brendon Gallant at 10:30 a.m.
Cremated remains will interred in the church cemetery at a later date.
