The death occurred at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, of William Perry, beloved husband of the late Agnes Perry (nee Doiron), formerly of New Orleans Road, aged 92.
William was the loving father of Carl (Shirley), Dianne Walsh (Kevin), Barbara (Barry Ellis), Mari Perry-Buote, Helen (John Doiron) Terry (Natalie) and Marie Hennebery (Robert); and proud grandfather of Jade, Devon, Julie, April, Chastity, Andrew, Darren, Nathan, Jared, Joshua, Parker, Katie, Emily and Adam; and great-grandfather of ten. He is also survived by his sister, Annie Gallant; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his wife, Agnes, William was predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret (McKenna) Perry; sons, Peter, Gerald, David and Joseph; sisters, Katie Perry, Beatrice MacKinnon, Rita Brown and Mary Blacquiere; brothers, Joseph and Felix; and son-in-law, Ray Buote.
Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Friday, January 2, 2015, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Hope River on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Anne’s Cemetery.
