FITZGERALD, MICHELE LYNN – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Michele Lynn FitzGerald which occurred unexpectedly at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, January 4th, 2015. Born 1965, in Saint John, she was the daughter of Robert and Karen (Stewart) FitzGerald. Michele was a Postal Worker for over 25 years. She enjoyed travelling, cruising in her convertible and spending time with her family and friends. Michele is survived by her loving husband Doug Garnett of Quispamsis; daughters Melissa Giberson (Nick) and their baby on the way, of Saint John, Samantha Garnett (Chris) of Quispamsis, Serena Davenport (Nick) of Saint John; son Sheldon Garnett of Edmonton, AB; brother Kevin FitzGerald (Cheyanne) of Saint John; granddaughter Morgan; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Tuesday, January 6th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Wednesday, January 7th at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at a later date.
