Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Complex on Friday January 2nd, 2015, Hazel Anderson of Chance Cove, aged 82 years. Pre-deceased by parents; William and Ethel Peddle, Son Melvin Anderson, and brother, Marvin Peddle. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories to celebrate her life with thanksgiving are; her beloved husband of 58 years, Aubrey, daughter, Sheila (Gordon), son Hayward Smith (Loretta), grandchildren; Michael, Neil, Nadine, and Jennifer, great grandchildren; Tyler, Scott, Matthew, Kyle, Ryan, Isaac, Colin, Leah, and Mason, brother Ronald Peddle (Phyllis), mother in-law, Myrtle Anderson, brothers in-law; Cecil Anderson (Phyllis), and John Anderson (Olive), sisters in-law; Nina Hussey (Melvin), Elizabeth Reid, and Elizabeth Peddle. Hazel is also lovingly remembered by a number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Resting at the Church of the Ascension, Chance Cove, with visitation on Sunday January 4th, 3:00 pm until time of funeral. The funeral service will be held from the Church of the Ascension on Tuesday January 6th, at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at the Church of the Ascension Cemetery, Chance Cove. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted, or donations in Hazel's memory may be to the Church of the Church of the Ascension memorial Fund.
