We are heartbroken to announce the peaceful passing of Joy Griffin, age 87, at St. Clare's Hospital on Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Predeceased by her husband Donald and brother Phillip Griffin. Leaving to mourn with warm-hearted and loving memories her children, Phil (Violet), Alison (Jane), Kevin (Pauline) and Raquel (Stan Thatcher); 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister Hilda Collins; sister-in-law Christie Griffin; as well as a large number of relatives and friends. Cremation and funeral service has taken place. Interment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
