Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, January 3, 2015, Mary C. Haire of Harbour Grace, age 92 years. Predeceased by her husband: William J. 'Bill' (2003); loving daughter: Betty Pembroke (2011); parents: John and Theresa Hann; sister: Clara; brothers: Tom, Johnny, Paddy and Joe. Left to mourn, children: Patrick 'Paddy' (Jean), Alice (Jim) Parmiter, Florence Haire Sutton, Gregory (Debbie), Marion Haire Penney, William (Jo-Anne) and Stephen (Michelle); twenty grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; sister: Kay Langille; caring neighbours: Irene and Jenny; special mention: Patrick, Fabian and Bob; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Fr. William Pearce conducted the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 6 from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace.
