Passed suddenly away on January 7th, 2015 at the age of 44. Predeceased by mother Catherine Chaulk and brother John Rideout-Chaulk. Leaving to mourn husband Craig; daughter Evelyn; brother Raymond (Sherry); nephews: Zachary, Raymond, and Jonathan; nieces: Amanda, and Abigail, and a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, January 10th from 7 pm-9 pm, Sunday, January 11th and Monday, January 12th from 10 am-9 pm. Funeral service will take place at Gower Street United Church on Tuesday, January 13th at 2 pm. Cremation to follow.
