On Monday, January 12, 2015, at The Atlantic Baptist Home, Charlottetown, Annie Jewell (Callbeck) Ferguson passed away peacefully, with family by her side, in her 102nd year, wife of the late G. Victor Ferguson.
Formerly of Hampton, she was born on October 9, 1913 in Tryon, daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Large) Callbeck.
Loving mother to Douglas (Georgina), O'Leary; Elliott (Helga), Edmonton, AB; Merrill (Marjorie), Cornwall; Lyman (Gail), Hampton; Florence (Winston), Provencher, Cold Lake, AB; and Wendell (Debbie), Riverview, N.B. Dear Grammie to 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Annie is also survived by very special nephew, Harrison (Kaye) Ferguson, Summerside, and brother, Wallace (Beulah) Callbeck, Blue Shank Road.
Annie was predeceased by her parents; husband, Victor; sister, Florence; and brothers, Earle and Leaman.
Forwarded from Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, to Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, for visiting hours Friday, January 16, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral will be held Saturday, January 17, at 11 a.m. (please note change in time) at Dawson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in Crapaud People's Cemetery.
