SURETTE, EDGAR - 1930 - 2015 - Edgar Surette, of Moncton passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on January 17, 2015 at the age of 84. Born in Cap-Pelé, NB, October 6, 1930, he was the son of the late André Surette and the late Amanda Surette, née Leblanc. Edgar is survived by his beloved common-law wife of 30 years Léonie Knox; sons: Roger Surette (Tina Beaumont), Pierre Surette and his many nieces, nephews and friends.
Aside from his parents, Edgar was predeceased by his brothers and sisters: Dorine, Marie, Émilienne, Velma, Louis, Léonce and Andréa.
In keeping with Edgar’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or service. A private graveside service will take place at a later date. Interment will take place in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
