NESS, ROBERT
It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert Ness announce his passing which occurred peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at home surrounded by love and his family.
He was the second eldest of the late Robert and Mabel (McConnell) Ness.
Bob will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Eleanor (Bell); his children Beth Nelson (Darrell), Richard Ness (Alice), Heather Kenny (Brad), Lorraine English (Barry); his grandchildren: Dan (Nancy), Colleen (Peter), Rebecca (Karl), Katie (Trevor), Patricia, Matthew (Sarah), Morgan (Dustin), Brent (Chelsea), John, Elizabeth (Jarrett) and Colin; great-grandchildren: Grace, Lauren, Patrick, Jack, Ethan and Avery; his brothers: Ronald, Ray, Allan, Jack (Madeline); his sisters: Hattie Northrup and Mary Joynes (Howard) as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bob was predeceased by his son, Russell in 2014, his infant son Ross Clark and his brothers: Russell, Edward and Donald.
Arrangements are in the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, NB (506) 433-1176 where visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29th, 2015 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. There will be a Legion tribute held at 5:45 pm by the Sussex Branch #20. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1:00pm from St. Paul's United Church.
