Elmer Roy O’Neal

SACKVILLE, N.B.- It is with deep sadness that Elmer’s family announces his passing on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital. He was 62 years of age.
Born in Sackville, N.B. on July 5, 1952, he was the son of the late Emily (Lewis) and Elmer O’Neal.
Elmer enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors with his little dog Sammy as well as watching hockey games whenever he could. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Elmer will be lovingly remembered by his son, Joey Duncan; daughters, Kim and Krista; sons, James and Lesley; brother, Austin O’Neal; sisters, May (Mike) and Peggy (Brent) as well as by his grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville (364-8188). In keeping with Elmer’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place at Campbell’s Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29, 2015, from 6-8 pm.
Donations in memory of Elmer may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
