The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, February 7, 2015, of Wilfred MacCormack, of North St. Eleanors, aged 73 years.
Born in North St. Eleanors, he was the son of the late Oliver and Kathleen (Muirhead) MacCormack.
Survived by his wife, Rosella (Cameron) MacCormack; children, Jamie, Fran (Allan) Gillis, Jason (Julia Cameron) and Jeremy; their chosen son, Cory Ellis; grandchildren, Aimee, Aaron and Jenna Gillis; Ethan and Chloe MacCormack; sisters, Evelyn Lecky, Shirley Lord, Charlotte Smith, Phyllis (Jim) Parsons; brothers, Angus (Rita), Winston (Linda); sister-in-law, Isabelle MacCormack; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by sisters, Frances MacCormack, and two sisters in infancy; brothers, Bradford Jr. and Clifton MacCormack; and by brothers-in-law, Alex Lecky and Warren Lord.
Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment will later take place in St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, St. Eleanors. Visiting hours Tuesday from 6-9 p.m.
