The death occurred suddenly at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009, of Cynthia “Cindy” Yvonne Hogg (nee Neath) of Borden, P.E.I., and formerly of Guelph, Ont., aged 59 years. Cindy was born on Jan. 4, 1950, in Guelph, Ont., to her parents MacKenzie Neath of Cambridge, Ont., and Eleanor Egan of Spencerport, N.Y. Beloved wife of Brian Hogg and loving mother of Dale of Charlottetown, Tammy Hogg of Guelph, Ont., and Kelly (Matt) Dubuc of Guelph, Ont. Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Taylor, Avery and Colin along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Survived by her brothers and sisters: Dan (Arlene) Neath of Kamloops, B.C., Randy (Denise) Neath of Cambridge, Ont., Beth (Gary) Reid of Powell River, B.C., and Tim (Terry) Neath of Kamloops, B.C. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home , 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2009, for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in People’s Cemetery, Summerside, at a later date.
