FREDERICK (FRED) UNGER

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely death of Frederick
(Fred) Unger in the Palliative Care Unit of Watrous Hospital on Friday,
February 13, 2015. He was born in Swan Plain, Sask. on March 10, 1936.

Fred was a Korean War vet serving with PPCLI out of Calgary. He was a
multi-talented man: master of several musical instruments, competent
civil engineer and Mr. Fix-It for everyone and anything. He loved
playing music to liven the lives of young and old. Restoring antique
vehicles was another one of Fred's passions. His kind heart and
readiness to help anyone in need will be missed by many.

He will be forever cherished and missed by his loving wife Lorraine;
step-son Lyle Franson and his wife Leeanne (Zelensky) and their
daughters Danielle, Jaimie and Morgan; foster-sons Greg Kjenner of
Calgary and Hank Harder of Saskatoon; his sister Anne (Peter) Wollf of
Pilot Butte; sister-in-law Ann Unger of Saskatoon; sisters-in-law and
brothers-in-law Annette and Constant Brule, Jean and Ben Pelletier of
Prince Albert; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Katerina (Driedger) and Frank Unger; 3
sisters and 6 brothers.

At Fred's request there will be no funeral.

A fellowship come-and-go afternoon will be held on May 17, 2015 in the
Manitou Room, Manitou Springs Hotel and Spa.

Memorial donations may be made to donor's choice.

Arrangements are entrusted to MARTENS WARMAN FUNERAL HOME (306-934-4888).
