The death occurred peacefully, with her family by her side, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown of E. Jean White (nee Moore), age 73, of Brooklyn, devoted wife of 55 years to Ronald White, occurred on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
Born December 6, 1941, she was the daughter of the late James and Kathleen (Ryan) Moore.
Jean is survived by her loving children, Rebecca (Randy) Stewart, Ronda (David) Lavers, Angela (Cathy) White-Bird; cherished grandchildren, Sarah, Kenzie, Matthew, Brittany, Bradley, Daniel, Delcia, Kyle and Clint; adored great-grandchildren, Kelcy, Caleb, Remy, Braden and Tatum; brothers, Gordon, Clarney (Elizabeth), Frankie (Eileen) and Ricky; sisters, Rose (Danny) Nicholson, Stella (Dougie) Grey, Leotta (Lloyd) Cameron, Anne Moore and Lorraine (Clemie) Murphy.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Saturday morning at 11 a.m. Interment to take place later at Brooklyn Cemetery. If so desired, memorials to the Kings County Memorial Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
