WEBB, ROBERT "BOB"
It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Bob Webb of Saint John. Bob passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, March 6, 2015. Born December of 1960, he was the son of the late David Webb and Marjorie (Craft) Webb of Grand-Bay.
Bob was Truck Driver for A.E McKay Builders. Devoted son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, he was an avid sportsman and was extremely competitive. He enjoyed playing hockey, baseball, ring toss, darts, and horseshoes, spending time with family and friends, camping, campfires and even bingo. Bob was a prankster and had a great sense of humour. Those who knew and loved him will miss him forever.
Besides his mother, Bob is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Tanya (Defazio) Webb of Saint John; four sons Taylor David Webb (Cassidy Delinte) of Swan Hills, AB, Ryan Alexander Webb (Melissa Bauman) of Calgary, Cruiz Avory Webb (Ashley Wilson) and Devon Gerold Webb both of Saint John; sisters Marilyn Elizabeth Thomsen (Jack) of Charlottetown, PEI, Dorothy Winnifred Corvec and Beverly Diane Webb both of Saint John; precious granddaughter Paisley Wilson; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Besides his father, Bob was predeceased by his brother Michael Webb and feline companion Frisket Wisket Webb.
Resting at the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Monday, March 9th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, March 10th from 2 to 4 p.m. Memorial Service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 11th at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Ext.
Donations in Bob’s memory can be made to the Extra Mural Program or the charity of the donor’s choice. The family would like to thank the staff of Extra Mural for the care given to Bob and his family.
