Aylward(nee Samson)Marie July 20,1925-March 6, 2015. Passed into eternal rest at Lakeside Home, Gander surrounded by her husband, John and children. Predeceased by her Mother & Father, John & Margaret Samson, Sisters: Alice Smith , Theresa & Agnes Samson. Survived by husband of 61 years John, Sister: Josephine Broderick, Daughters: Mary (Mel), Anita (Harold)Reardon, Margaret (John)Critchley, Elizabeth (Kevin)O'Reilly, Rita (Ray-deceased)L'Heureux, Theresa (Eric)Critchley, Maureen (Sharon) Sons: Michael (Anne)Samson, Bill (Cathy), John Jr (Brenda). 25 Grandchildren, 31Great Grandchildren, She will be missed by numerous other relatives and friends in her community of St. Brendan's. Resting at St. Gabriel's Church, St. Brendan's, Bonavista Bay on Saturday, March 7, 5pm-10pm. Sunday, March 8,10am-7pm , Eulogy @8pm, to celebrate her life. Visitation til 10pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 9 @11am. Interment to follow at St. Gabriel's Cemetery. Flowers greatly appreciated or donations in her Memory to Lakeside Home Recreation Dept.
