BOURQUE, EDGAR "JOHNNY"
1923 - 2015
Edgar “Johnny” Bourque, 92, of Moncton, NB, passed away on Saturday, March 21st, 2015, at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton, NB. Born in Scoudouc, NB, he was the son of the late Lucien and the late Elizabeth (née: Babin) Bourque.
Mr. Bourque was the owner/operator of Bourque Sewing Machine for over 40 years; he was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce parish.
He is survived by one daughter, Marie-France (Michael); one son, John (Paula); a special friend, Essie; four sisters: Edith, Jeannette, Alice and Rolande; one brother, Ola; four grandchildren: Natasha, Scott, Cara and Andrew; two great granddaughters: Safiyah and Quinn.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helene in 2005 and also by four sisters: Henriette, Lorraine, Georgia and Helene.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church, Moncton, NB, on Thursday, March 26th, 2015 at 11 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
